Biofeed CROP is a phosphorus fertilizer formulated for use on all agricultural crops. Biofeed CROP delivers vital nutrient elements through the leaf stomata and the plant’s cell-wall to enhance dynamic bud formation and setting as well as earlier root, crown and tiller development.

BENEFITS OF USE

  • Enhances bud setting and overall vigor of blooms
  • Use to correct phosphorus deficiency
  • Promotes root cellular elongation
  • Helps to increase establishment rate
  • Use to reduce seed loss
  • Promotes horizontal growth and tillering
  • Supports beneficial aerobic soil microbial activity
  • Easily sprayed on or applied through center pivots

APPLICATION

Biofeed CROP is highly concentrated for pro-level performance and value. Dilute with water prior to application to ensure adequate coverage. Jar test for compatibility prior to tank mixing with other products.

AGRICULTURE: Use 1-2 quarts per acre as foliar spray. Dilute in 25-100 gallons of water. Surfactants may be used, but are not required.

TERMINOLOGY

BUD SETTING | The process of stimulating stronger bud, fruit and flower development. Phosphorus is the element most responsible.

FOLIAR APPLICATION | Foliar feeding is done by applying liquid fertilizer directly to the leaves. Plants are able to absorb essential elements through their leaves stomata and also through their epidermis.

MICROBIAL ACTIVITY | Microbial activity is important for a series of soil reactions and functions, including organic matter decomposition, humus formation, nutrient cycling, aggregate formation and stabilization.

NITROGEN | Provides plants the energy to grow. Part of the chlorophyll molecule giving plants their green color. Involved in photosynthesis which creates food for plants.

PHOSPHORUS | Promotes energy production in living plants.

PLANT CELL WALL | Because of their surface location, plant cell walls play an important role in plant-microbe interactions, including defense responses against potential pathogens.

POTASSIUM | Directs nitrogen use and water use in plants.

STOMATA | Stomata are cell structures in the epidermis of tree leaves and needles that are involved in the exchange of carbon dioxide and water between plants and the atmosphere.
